FAQs

Is the prices per group or per person?
For our private tours of Santorini, the prices listed are the total cost for the group (vehicle), not the individuals of that group. For our small group tours, the price is per guest.
Where do the tours of Santorini begin?
For all our Santorini Tours, we can meet you at the main entrance of your hotel as long as it is accessible by car. For some group tours that focus on certain area, it will maximize your tour time to meet in that area.
Have you ever combined people to share a private tour to reduce costs?
Unfortunately, we do not, but that’s why we offer small group tours. As another option, you are more than welcome to try to do this on your own. What we suggest is that you go to a travel forum like Cruise Critic or Trip Advisor and mention that you are going to Santorini and would like to cut costs by sharing a private tour. Leave the dates, departure time and the name of our companies and what tour you were thinking about doing. You never know, you might find someone.
Do our Santorini tours stop for lunch?
Our four and five-hour tours usually stop for a restroom and water break, but not for food. On our six-hour tours, we do stop for a meal. Some people like to grab a quick pizza or Greek souvlaki, and some people like to sit down for a nice relaxing meal in the seaside restaurants or on caldera cliffs. On a private tour of Santorini either is an option, but just know that if we sit down for a relaxing meal we might have to move faster to get in the rest of the sights. On our small group tours, we usually stop in Perivolos Village or another area that has multiple options.
Are lunch and wine tasting included in the price of the tour?
Wine tasting and lunch are not included in the price of the private tour. The Wine tasting will cost around €20 per person for a four glass of wine and €20 for local appetizers. Lunch costs will depend on where you decide to dine.
Is it okay to tip your tour guide?
Tipping is always optional. But if you have a great time and want to thank your guide or driver, gratuities are very much appreciated.
Do you offer tours in other languages?
To book a tour in a different language you will need to book only a private tour. We do not offer small group tours in any foreign language. We have tour guides who are available for private tours who are fluent in German, French, Russian, Italian, and Spanish. At time of booking, please select a guide who speaks your language.
Are your small group tours appropriate for kids?
We do always suggest doing a private tour if you are coming with young children under 6 years old. Every child is different of course, and you know your child better. Our small group tours do move at a set pace, which is why we suggest a private tour where you can go at a pace that is comfortable for your children, and you can stop when needed. Please also remember, if you have a stroller it can be tough going up and down the stairs in the narrow streets. If you have an infant we have found that being able to strap your baby to your chest or back is a lot easier. We do love children and find that they truly enjoy the experience. It is just a matter of choosing the right tour for children.
Cancellation policy
We have a 24 hours cancellation policy. If you need to cancel for any reason please give us the courtesy of doing so within 24 hours of your tour.
What to wear?
The most important thing is to dress properly for the weather and make sure you have good walking shoes.
