These Terms and Conditions contain legal obligations and Top Santorini Trips encourages you to read them carefully. It is under these Terms and Conditions that bookings are made and accepted by Top Santorini Trips. Unless otherwise stated, any purchases made through www.topsantorinitrips.com are subject to these Terms & Conditions. When a Customer makes a booking it will be deemed they have accepted the Terms & Conditions on behalf of all individuals included in the booking and consents to these Terms & Conditions by using www.topsantorinitrips.com. No alterations or variations to these Terms & Conditions will be accepted unless agreed in writing by Top Santorini Trips.
Accident or Loss
Please take care of all personal property. Top Santorini Trips will not be liable for any theft, loss damage, delay, inconvenience, direct or consequential loss, however, caused, unless due to negligence by Top Santorini Trips, in which case our liability is limited (except for death or personal injury) for damages to a maximum of the refund of the ticket price.
Personal Safety
Each Customer is responsible for maintaining their safety at all times. By agreeing to take part in the tour, all Customers are agreeing to listen to the safety instructions given by the Guide and to exercise due care and attention whilst walking.
Prices
The prices appearing on the website are the current rates and can change with no prior notice. Once a Customer has booked a tour with Top Santorini Trips, the Customer will not be required to pay any difference in the event of a price increase and Top Santorini Trips will not refund the balance of any price reduction. All prices are per private group unless otherwise stated.
Changes to existing bookings
It is not possible to make changes to existing bookings, unless Top Santorini Trips receives notification 24 hours in advance, in writing, to info@topsantorinitrips.com
Booking method
A deposit of €25 is required to secure your day with us.
You will pay the balance in cash after the end of the tour.
Cancellation Policy
Cancel up to 24 hours in advance to receive a full refund
Cancellations by Top Santorini Trips
In the unlikely event of a tour being canceled, we will offer an alternative tour date or refund.
